Woah, it's been a little over a month!?

I just realized that it has been a month since I started this adventure. Sometimes it has been hard, and other times I have been able to do it without a problem. Before starting this fasting diet, I had been dieting "traditionally" for a little while after reaching an all time high weight of 236lb. I mention that because as of this morning I am now 10lb down from that weight! I weighed in at 226 today!

I know I still have a long way to go, but it feels like a huge accomplishment. I am now more motivated than ever for this next 10 lb. I hope that when I get that off I will at least be in a smaller pants size... as unfortunately I have not gotten down a size yet.

I think that now that I have been at this just over a month, it is safe to say it is a diet plan I can really stick to, especially because it is so forgiving and flexable. I am curious to know if anyone else has tried it out and how it is working. So if you have chime in in the comments! Till next time friends!

  1. I've been doing intermittent fasting since February. I went from being stuck at 207 (literally, no matter what I did I couldn't get the scale to drop below 207) and after starting the intermittent fasting I'm down to 186! I've been through every diet plan and nothing has worked for me except the fasting routine. Now I hope I can keep it up during fair...darn those mile high cake slices!

  2. Yesterday (well, from 7pm Sunday to 7pm yesterday), was my first Intermittent Fasting Day. I lost almost 2lbs! I was a little hungry by the end, the last two hours were definitely the hardest, but it was nothing that I couldn't handle. I definitely think I can stick with this! Thank you for inspiring me!
